Engage with live audiences and remote viewers in our Boardroom. The Boardroom comes equipped with a full AV system including projector and screen, and blackout blinds. Please bring a laptop if you would like to use the projector function of this space. Please note, the AV system in the Boardroom is not compatible with Apple products. We recommend you bring a HDMI adaptor if you have an Apple laptop.
The Boardroom features a servery and a small, enclosed kitchenette for the preparation and serving of catering and refreshments. Food and drinks cannot be prepared, stored, served or consumed outside of the Boardroom, in order to help us protect the artworks on display and The University of Queensland Art Collection which is also partially housed in the building.
