In Respire, Respire, performers use trance-induction techniques, engaging in cyclical breathing, and potentially triggering altered states of consciousness including ecstasy. Investigating the elemental template of life on Earth, Mel O’Callaghan’s exhibition is a celebration of collective strength through resilience.
